Refund Policy for ClipSpark by nthlabs

1. Overview

nthlabs provides paid video-editing credits through manual payment processing. All transactions are linked to authenticated user accounts.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The Service was unavailable due to a confirmed technical failure on our side
• Your credits were not delivered after a verified payment
• The issue was reported within 30 days of purchase

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind or unused credits
• Displeasure with generated content style or quality
• User error in upload or operation

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at mentathouse@proton.me with:

• Your registered email (Google Auth)
• Payment date and amount
• Brief description of the issue

4. Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be issued manually using the same payment method used for your purchase or, where appropriate, as equivalent credits in another nthlabs product.

We aim to complete all refund processing within 15 business days, but depending on payment method, verification time, and bank processing delays, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Service Discontinuation

If nthlabs suspends or ends the Service, we will notify users via email and, if feasible, offer partial refunds or equivalent credit in other nthlabs services.

This policy may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be posted on our website.
